Arrived back home in cold Europe, reminiscing about the incredible wildlife experiences in Botswana—this will be my final post (for now)! I’ll definitely be back!

🌿🐾 Moremi Game Reserve gave us a truly unforgettable adventure! We were surrounded by an awe-inspiring landscape where every sight and sound reminded us of nature’s beauty and power. 🦒🦓

The thrill of watching graceful giraffes reaching for treetops or drinking from waterholes, alongside playful elephants bathing nearby, was unmatched. Zebras pranced through the grasslands, curious zebra mongooses darted around, and we watched in awe as majestic roan antelopes calmly grazed with little birds perched on their backs—a moment of harmony in the wild. We even had the rare joy of spotting elusive wild dogs, a beautiful owl hiding among the branches, and a lively troop of Chacma baboons adding to the experience. And then there was the Lilac-breasted Roller—its vibrant colors flashing as it flew past, truly a jewel of Botswana’s skies! 🐘🐕🦉🐒🪶

With thousands of photos capturing these moments, it’s hard to decide which ones to post! Every glance and every breath reminded me how precious and fragile these wild spaces are. I feel so grateful to have witnessed such natural beauty and am already planning my return.

What an incredible day on safari in Moremi Game Reserve! 🐆✨ We spotted the elusive leopards both on the ground and in the trees, showcasing their stealth and beauty up close. Watching these magnificent creatures lounge in the branches and prowl through the bush from our safari car was absolutely mesmerizing. Every moment felt surreal, witnessing them in their natural element. An experience I’ll never forget! 🌿🦁

Just got back from the most incredible safari experience here at Camp Moremi in Botswana! 🌿✨ Thousands of photos captured during my stay, and now taking a break in this 42-degree heat. The stunning Okavango Delta, with its wild beauty, has completely stolen my heart. From watching zebras grazing in the open plains 🦓, to spotting elusive leopards in the trees 🐆, and witnessing wild dogs on the hunt 🐕‍🦺, every moment was pure magic. 🌅 After a stressful and emotional time this year, just kicked off an incredible three-week adventure, starting in Camps Bay, Cape Town! We spend a couple of days soaking up the sun, enjoying the breathtaking beaches and stunning sunsets, enjoying the wonderful restaurants, the friendly people, the delicious food. I`m so grateful. Thinking about to settle down.

Next up: the Whale Coast, exploring Gansbaai and Hermanus for some unforgettable whale watching. From there, I’ll head to Oudtshoorn to see the amazing ostriches, then relax in the charming town of Montagu.🐋

I can’t wait to savor the flavors of Franschhoek and then venture into the wild at the Okavango Delta, Savuti, and Moremi Game Reserve. This trip is a dream come true! 🐘🦏🐅

Gestern hatten wir ein aufregendes Fotoshooting mit unserem Kreativteam und den Sommerbären in unserer wunderschönen Stadt Zürich! 🐻☀️ Die beiden süßen Bären "Carmel und Herbie" genossen das sonnige Wetter in ihrer Heimatstadt, während wir die perfekten Bilder für unser Spendenmailing im Juni 2024 für das Zürcher Lighthouse aufnahmen. Ein Bild davon wird auf dem Flyer erscheinen, welchen wir an unsere Spenderinnen und Spender verschicken.
